As we move into the New Year, the studio is being restructured to an all-inclusive wellness program that incorporates a complete wellness approach based on yogic lifestyle.

The yoga and wellness program will be on a quarterly schedule. Meaning you set an intention and commitment to participate in the package of your choosing for three months. Within this three month time period you will commit to weekly yoga, monthly wellness workshops, and have access to on-line classes and video wellness blogs that will focus on self-care and lifestyle change.

Unlimited yoga classes /  Weekend Wellness workshops: 3 hours a month / On-line classes: 2 new flows a month / Video blogs: one weekly self-care suggestion / Yoga life coaching: one session per quarter to set individual  goals.

First quarter begins January!
